Tanjung Batu, Bintulu, Sarawak

a beach fullw ith rock and so close to the Bintulu town .. ~10-15min drive … and this place also good for sunset (direct to WEST), but please take note the beach is not safe for swim and you may see warning “NO Swimming”

not my first time here but this trip I spent more time here and found .. this is a definate a great place like Pantai Pandak @Terengganu … … but here is Sunset instead Sunrise @Pantai Pandak … *** please take note for this place is VERY slippery  .. take extra note when you walk on the rock …

a beach near Batu Pahat, Johor … muddy and beautiful location for photography … but is good to be there prepare water, newspaper etc (as near by no place for clean) … get prepare for mud , and good to be there low tide ..

2012 Sept Bako National Park …

my long plan East Malaysia wildlifes, macro etc trip to Bako/Kubah National Park locate at Kuching, Sarawak .

thanks Andy Paul, Maureen, Andy Teo, Michael Wong, Simon Rex, CM Chong, Nizam (thanks for the local arrangement) etc to make this fanstatic trip for me …

Bako National Park, from Kuching airport can take taxi, bus to Kampung Bako Jetty (about 30 minutes) and a boat ride (can arrange near jetty and the rate is fix ~RM90 return)..

within the National Park, you are near to a beach with beautiful Sunset direction (will share some pictures later) .. most of the track need bit walk, night walk is a must to see wild lifes, insect etc … but take extra note as saw many pit viper (saw ~4-5 Wagler’s pit viper for 3 days)… will slow update with pictures

 

****best prawn ever ..we bought alive prawn from the fisherman while we met them on ocean and immediate back to canteen to boil it …

a state of Peninsular Malaysia, neeighbourt of Selangor which ~1-4 hours from Kuala Lumpur …. the famous location, Kuala Gula, Cameron Highland, Ipoh, Pulau Pangkor, Taiping etc ….

I am yet to visit most of the beautiful location but I do love the place full with mining lakes where create BIG Mirror for us …

what CPL effect can you get ? …

sometime just not easy to tell how, when do use as not what I want to capture is what you prefer too … let look at sample below ..

HDR Reflection ..

am not good in HDR , but I understand there are situation I need it so I had learn something on it years back .. and my photomatix not been start up for ~2 years and today just want to make sure the software still working fine 😀
