it look like a mix of beetle & fly .. but it is belong to Order Diptera. And not really a new one but 1st time meet up this color
Very common in low land jungle with stream/river nearby, size ~3-5mm and very shy to human, not easy to get close normally ….
and common find is dark blue in color
